Hi! My name is Juliana.

I am a functional medicine and nutritional therapy practitioner.

I am Juliana Nikolova, a mom, a wife, and a recovering rushing woman who has experienced first-hand the devastating effects hectic living can have on overall health. With time, study, and practice, however, I have learned how to slow down, step out of the SOS mode and find natural solutions to alleviate the uncomfortable symptoms of hurried life.

I have three university degrees – one in business and two in preventive medicine. I worked in the corporate world for about 20 years, so I know first-hand the true cost of busy professional life. I was trying to fit in as much as possible in the least amount of time. I was desperately trying to find balance in my life – managing time for my family, my job, and my own needs. I flitted from one thing to another, constantly multitasking, and often woke up in the middle of the night feeling anxious, ruminating about the long to-do lists I had made. As my stress levels increased, I found myself in “rescue mode.” I was feeling emotionally drained, and I could not concentrate at work. Not only that, but I was struggling to find answers to my health issues, and the conventional way of solving them did little to ease my suffering. I had to find the way out on my own.

I decided it was time to end the rush, sort out my biochemistry, and restore my energy and vitality. When it comes to my health, I like to take the most natural path possible. This pulled me to dive deeper into what was amiss in my body, and this is how I decided to become a health and wellness coach. Before this, I never connected that my hurried lifestyle was not in favor of my nervous, and endocrine systems. Nor did I realize that our female hormonal systems start to recalibrate way before we could ever imagine.

I started noticing that so many women were unaware that certain hormonal changes could start as early as their mid-thirties and that going through menopause was a very sensitive time in their lives. They were unaware that if left unaddressed, minor health issues could grow into more permanent health problems later in life.

I was ready to train further to help other rushing women achieve their health goals in the most natural way possible.

Now, I empower busy women 40+ to find natural solutions to alleviate anxiety, brain fog, mood swings, and other undesired symptoms so they can feel calm, energetic, and confident and keep their weight under control without meds, hormonal therapy, or drastic lifestyle changes in perimenopause and beyond.

In my practice, I combine the principles of nutritional therapy, functional medicine, and the science of behavior change while honoring the bio-individuality of my clients.

By educating and empowering my community, I inspire them to take action to create healthy lifestyle habits to ease their way through this stage of life and start to feel at home in their bodies again.

I offer a foundational, easy-to-understand, whole-body approach that will equip you with the right tools and strategies to help you understand better what your body is telling you and make the best decisions to address your symptoms.

I believe that regardless of which route you take to address your health, regardless of what kinds of therapies you choose to experience, there is no replacement for the powerful tiny steps you can take every day to support your overall wellness. I offer practical guidance and support to achieve that.

My own health journey, background, education, and professional experience position me to be uniquely good at what I do and to enable my clients to not only get well but stay well through this stage of life and beyond.

Cecilia, Italy

Juliana has been my health and wellness coach for about 10 weeks now and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I started with the 6-week program and didn’t want it to end, so I am continuing for another 6 weeks. Juliana has helped me through a number of stressful situations, and now I am implementing healthy habits every day. I feel calmer and more in control of my life. She has a wealth of knowledge and is a great listener. I couldn’t ask for a better coach. I highly recommend Juliana!

Maggie, Singapore

I found Juliana’s program very easy to follow, and I like how I set the goals as oppose the coach. I liked how each module was different,  and the material was not too much or too little. It thought me how to achieve my goals, and keep going. It also, helped me to become more open-minded as I tried a lot of let’s say some of the material tips that Juliana shared, such as healthy eating habits, sleeping, and meditation techniques.
