I’m here to help you transform your health so you can be on top of your game.
As a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) through NTA, my passion is empowering women to learn how to sleep, eat and think in healthier ways so they can create more time and energy, and feel more powerful and confident.
I know from personal experience that time and energy help you to be productive – to be present with your loved ones – and to do more of the things you love in life.
I was once climbing the corporate ladder and striving to be successful until a health collapse stopped me in my tracks and forced me to do things differently.
Now I work with women who want to supercharge their mindset, to reclaim control of their health, and to be empowered without driving themselves into the ground.
I help you to look after yourself better by improving a few basic lifestyle habits that will have a massive impact on your health, productivity, and your life.
I offer health & wellness coaching packages and programs that will support you in creating lasting healthy lifestyle habits. Learn more HERE!

“Juliana was great to work with! Having the meetings kept me accountable to what I agreed to do, which benefited my well-being. It was great to know someone was by my side, could relate on some level, and was completely understanding no matter what I mentioned I was going through. I can count on her to support me on my health and wellness journey!”
“Mental Health is one aspect of our WHOLE well-being that continues to be undervalued. We naturally tend to ‘put ourselves to the side’ till later, or say ‘I’ll just talk to a friend’, due to some weird misconception that it’s a weakness to need to talk to someone. This spring I decided to gift myself with sessions from Juliana, for the betterment of myself and my family. I have to say that in talking with her, sharing my stress, and reflecting with her on looking at situations in a different light, and looking at different ways to handle some of the difficulties and the difficult people and situations in my life- I was able to attain and maintain a shift in my thinking that has brought clarity, peace of mind, and organization to my life. I was able to shift long-held beliefs that were holding me back from living and loving fully. I was able to improve my already wonderful relationship with my children, and my husband. I was able to learn to not over-analyze every little detail, and most importantly, gave myself permission to forgive myself and others AND give myself permission to live and speak as my genuine self. I highly recommend Juliana’s services to anyone looking for Whole Health. We are strong when we reach out for help. We are blessed when we reach out for help. And in turn, it makes us happier, healthier, and better people not only for ourselves but for our family too!“
“I was fortunate to have been involved with health coach sessions with Juliana recently. Our sessions were weekly chats via video links as I live in Australia. At the beginning I was struggling with weight gain, drinking alcohol daily, lack of exercise, and having trouble with where to start. As the weeks passed we set sustainable weekly goals and slowly I was having alcohol-free days, walking most days, and eating healthy. Today I am now 4-5 days off alcohol per week, limiting my intake on the days I drink and continuing to stay motivated to achieve my goals and weight loss. I would highly recommend Yuliana and her program“
“Juliana has been my health and wellness coach for about 10 weeks now and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I started with the 6-week program and didn’t want it to end, so I am continuing for another 6 weeks. Juliana has helped me through a number of stressful situations, and now I am implementing healthy habits every day. I feel calmer and more in control of my life. She has a wealth of knowledge and is a great listener. I couldn’t ask for a better coach. I highly recommend Juliana!“
“I found Juliana’s program very easy to follow, and I like how I set the goals as oppose the coach. I liked how each module was different, and the material was not too much or too little. It thought me how to achieve my goals, and keep going. It also, helped me to become more open-minded as I tried a lot of let’s say some of the material tips that Juliana shared, such as healthy eating habits, sleeping, and meditation techniques.“
