As a Board-Certified Health and Wellness Coach and a Nutritional Therapy Practitioner (NTP) through NTA, my passion is empowering women to learn how to sleep, eat and think in healthier ways so they can create more time and energy, and feel more powerful and confident.

I know from personal experience that time and energy help you to be productive – to be present with your loved ones – and to do more of the things you love in life.

I was once climbing the corporate ladder and striving to be successful until a health collapse stopped me in my tracks and forced me to do things differently.

Now I work with women who want to supercharge their mindset, to reclaim control of their health, and to be empowered without driving themselves into the ground.

Mental Health is one aspect of our WHOLE well-being that continues to be undervalued. We naturally tend to ‘put our ourselves to the side’ till later, or say ‘I’ll just talk to a friend’, due to some weird misconception that it’s a weakness to need to talk to someone. This spring I decided to gift myself with sessions from Yuliyana, for the betterment of myself and my family. I was fortunate to have been involved with health coach sessions with Yuliana recently. Our sessions were weekly chats via video links as I live in Australia. At the beginning I was struggling with weight gain, drinking alcohol daily, lack of exercise and having trouble with where to start. As the weeks passed we set sustainable weekly goals and slowly I was having alcohol free days, walking most days and eating healthy. Today I am now 4-5 days off alcohol per week, limiting my intake on the days I drink and continuing to stay motivated to achieve my goals and weight loss.
